I bought a new mobile device, but my level progress and game items are not transferring to my new device. Help!

Please make sure that you have linked your Facebook account with the Panda Jam game on both devices. Playing as a guest will only save your level progress locally (only on your particular device).

Unfortunately you cannot transfer your game items between devices. Submit a new ticket and our Cookie Jam Customer Support Team will transfer the missing items to your new device. Please include the following details in your ticket submission: Facebook User ID, number of coins, and number of boosters.
